Without prejudice to the provisions contained in the Goa, Daman and Diu Administrative Tribunal Act, 1965, the Tribunal shall have and exercise the power to audit the accounts of associations, corporations, temples, mosques, charitable institutions, asylums and other such institutions, in accordance with the provisions of Article 663 of the Reforma Administrativa Ultramarina and Legislative Diploma No. 1650 dated 13-9-1965.
