Section 33(1) in Chhattisgarh Rajya Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2013
(1)No officer or employee shall, except with the previous approval of the Competent Authority, give evidence in connection with any enquiry conducted by any person, committee or authority.
