The CPIO has not provided the desired information.

Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:

The following were present Appellant: Mr. Om Prakash Respondent: Mr. Ram Murti Sharma CPIO's representative through TC: 09416067032 & Mr. Ashwani System Manager M: 09416447455 The CPIO's representative stated that the information requested by the appellant in his RTI application dated 09/04/2013, as available on record, was provided vide letter dated 25/04/2013 and the reply has been upheld by FAA vide order dated 13/06/2013. He further stated that the appellant's grievance has also been settled by releasing the additional incentive on 11/10/2013. The appellant stated that there are certain PLI policies for which the incentive has still not been paid. The CPIO's representative stated that if the appellant provides the details of the PLI policies his grievance will be examined.

Decision notice:

The information has been provided. However, as agreed by the CPIO's representative he should look into the appellant's grievance as soon as he submits the details of PLI policies for which incentive has not been paid and provide the information to him.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
