Section 6(2)(i) in The Central Government Account (Receipts and Payments) Rules, 1983

(i)in the case of the Botanical Survey of India, to permit the refund to in dentors of quinine and purchasers of seeds and plants, out of the amount deposited by them, of such amount as may be in excess of the cost of quinine or of seeds and plants including incidental charges on packing, remittance, connected therewith;
