Section 10 in The Delhi Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
10. Registration certificate.
- Where a co-operative society is registered or deemed to be registered under this Act, the Registrar shall issue a certificate of registration signed by him, which shall be conclusive evidence that the co-operative society therein mentioned is duly registered under this Act.
