(3)Every broadcaster or distributor of television channels, as the case may be, shall, within thirty days from the date of designation of the compliance officer under the provisions of this regulation, furnish to the Authority the name, complete address, contact number and e-mail address of the compliance officer along with authenticated copy of the board's resolution authorizing the designation of such compliance officer:Provided that the distributor of television channels, which is not a company, shall, within thirty days from the date of designation of the compliance officer under the provisions of this regulation, furnish to the Authority the name, full address, contact number and e-mail address of the compliance officer along with authenticated copy of the authorization letter authorizing the designation of such compliance officer.
