Section 8 in THE ANDHRA PRADESH CAPITAL REGION DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY REPEAL ACT, 2020
8. Gurantee to be operative -
Notwithstanding repealing of Act, any guarantee given for or in favour of APCRDA, with respect to any loan, lease, finance or other assistance shall continue to be operative in relation to AMRDA.
