Section 26(1) in The Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1962
(1)Every person who is or becomes a member of more than one society dispensing credit (other than a financing bank or a marketing society) shall within Sixty days from the date of commencement of these rules or the date on which he becomes such member, as the case may, if he has not already made, make a declaration in Form F that he will borrow only from one such society to be mentioned in the declaration and shall send a copy of such declaration duly attested to all societies of which he is or becomes a member.
