Section 11(1) in The Displaced Persons (Compensation and Rehabilitation) Act, 1954
(1)The Central Government may for the relief and rehabilitation of displaced persons direct payment of any rehabilitation grant or other grant out of the compensation pool to a displaced person under such conditions and to such extent and in such form and manner as may be prescribed.Sub-Section 2 omitted by Act No.86 of 1956.
