Section 13(2) in The Garo Hills Cotton Jute and Ginger Trade Regulation, 1980
(2)If a person contravenes any of the said provisions or any of the said conditions, his licence may be cancelled or suspended for the time being by the Licensing Officer and in such cases the Licensee shall not be entitled to any compensation or refund of any fee paid in respect of such licence.
