Section 11(1) in The West Bengal Restriction on Construction in Unsafe Areas Act, 1979
(1)Any person aggrieved by an order made by the District Magistrate under this Act may, within thirty days from the date of communication of the order to him, prefer an appeal against the order to the State Government in such manner as may be prescribed.Explanation. - For the purposes of this sub-section; date of publication of the order in the prescribed manner shall be deemed to be the date of communication.
