Section 113 in Tamil Nadu Maritime Board Act, 1995
113. Power of Government to make first regulations.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the first regulations under this Act shall be made by the Government and shall have effect on being published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.
