Section 8 in The Pneumatic Tyres And Tubes For Automotive Vehicles (Quality Control) Order, 2009
8. Compliance of directions.
- Every person engaged in the manufacture, import, storage for sale, sell or distribution of any Pneumatic Tyres to whom any direction is issued under this order, shall comply with such direction.
