Section 32E in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1963
32E. Power of Market Committee to evict from shop, Gala, Shed, Plot, or any other premises and to remove encroachment. –
A Market Committee, if convinced that any shop, gala, shed, plot or any other premises allotted or leased for purposes of sale and purchase of agricultural produce or such other purposes directly or indirectly connected with the sale and purchase of agricultural produce, is not used for purpose for which the allotment was made or misused or where encroachment is made on the land of the Market Committee, after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the person concerned, issue an order for eviction of the shop, gala, shed, plot or any other premises or for removing the encroachment and the concerned local authority of the area shall provide all possible help for such eviction or removal of encroachment to the Market Committee.
