21. Counting of past service with the erstwhile Insurer.
- Period of continuous service of a "transferred employee" with an insurer shall qualify for pension:Provided that such "transferred employee" was not eligible for any pension, annuity, gratuity in lieu of pension or such other superannuation benefit in lieu of pension from the insurer in respect of his service with such insurer.
