Section 48(1)(vi) in Telangana Town-Planning Act, 1920

(vi)having a share or interest in the occasional sale of an article, in which he regularly trades, to the trust to a value not exceeding, in any one year, such amount as the trust, with the sanction of the [State Government] [Throughout the Act, the words 'Provincial Government' were substituted for the words 'Local Government' by the Adaptation Order, 1937, and the word 'State' was substituted for 'Provincial' by the Adaptation Order, 1950.], may fix in this behalf.
