9. Meetings of the Committees.
(1)The District Level Committee Block Level Committee and Urban Committees shall meet once in every month at the District/Block/Urban headquarters on a date and time fixed by the Chairman. The State Level Committee shall ordinarily meet twice in a year.(2)The Chairperson, on or in his absence a member elected from amongst themselves by the members present shall preside over the meetings of the Committees.
