Section 27(4) in Tamil Nadu Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Rules, 2002
(4)Every Farmers' Organisation shall maintain accounts register. Each of the following record shall bear the name, address and the seal of the Farmers' Organisation and shall be machine numbered, namely: -(a)Cash Book;(b)Bill Registers;(c)Contingent Registers;(d)Amanath Register (Day Book);(e)Receipt Book; and(f)Cheque Register.
