Section 98(3) in The West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973
(3)The Sabhapati and the Sahakari Sabhapati shall, subject to the provisions of section 101 and to their continuing as members, hold office for a period of [five years:] [Words substituted for the words 'four years' by W.B.
