Section 18(3A) in The West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education Act, 1975
(3A)[ Notwithstanding anything contained in clause (iv) of sub-section (2), the members referred to therein shall, for the purpose of first constitution of any Board of Studies, be nominated by the State Government and the members so nominated shall hold office for the term specified in subsection (3).] [Sub-section (3A) inserted by West Bengal Act 28 of 1975.]
