S.O. 1009 (E), dated 22nd June 2007 - In pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 38-Q of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972), the Central Government hereby constitutes the Tiger Conservation Authority Fund, and for the purpose of its regulations, makes the following guidelines, namely:-
