- [Section 46] - (1) The appointment of officers and investment of powers under Sub-section (1) of Section 46 shall be notified in the Official Gazette.(2)An officer empowered under Sub-section (1) of Section 46 to appoint officers shall not make any appointment for which there is no sanction or create any new designation without the prior approval of the State Government.
