1 Provide me the written test (Phase II ) and Interview Providing such information is exempted under marks of all candidates called for interview in the the provisions of Section 8(1)(j) of RTI Act, selection of Assistant Manager Grade A (direct 2005 recruitment) as per your advt. No. 1/2010-11 in category wise i.e., General, OBC,SC,ST, etc. 2 Provide me the written test (Phase II) and Interview Providing such information is exempted tinder marks of all candidates selected for appointment in the provisions of Section 8(1 )(j) of RTI Act, the selection of Assistant Manager Grade A (direct 2005 recruitment) as per your advt. No. 1/2010-11 in category wise i.e., General, OBC,SC,ST, etc. 3 Cut off marks of candidates selected for appointment Providing such information is exempted under in different categories the provisions of Section 8(l)(j) of RTI Act, 2005.
4 Methodology/criteria of giving. Selection Committee awards the marks based marks to candidates in interview on the performance of the candidates in the interview.
5 Name, address and designation of chairman and Regarding Name, address and designation of members of interview panel/board Chairman and Members of interview Board, it is submitted that providing such information is exempted under the provisions of Section 8(1)
(j) of RTI Act, 2005 Page 1 of 2 Grounds for the First Appeal:
Information has been denied seeking exemption under section 8 (1) (j) of the RTI act. Order of the FAA:
"I direct that the cut-off marks of all the categories of the candidate (General/SC/ST/OBC) in written Test and Interview for the post of Assistant Manager (Grade 'A') as per the Advertisement No.1/2010-2011 may be furnished to the Appellant."

Information provided is incomplete and vague and not provided within stipulated period Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present Appellant: Absent;
Respondent: Mr. P. Satish, Public Information Officer & Chief General Manager on video conference from NIC-Mumbai Studio;
The PIO has provided certain information but has not provided the marks for each candidate. The Commission directs the PIO to provide the marks of all candidates alongwith roll numbers to the Appellant.
Decision:
The Appeal is allowed.
The PIO is directed to provide the information as directed above to the Appellant before 10 May 2012.
This decision is announced in open chamber. Notice of this decision be given free of cost to the parties. Any information in compliance with this Order will be provided free of cost as per Section 7(6) of RTI Act.
