Section 5 in The Rajasthan Land Revenue (Surcharge) Act, 1960

5. Surcharge recoverable under Chapter X of Rajasthan Act 15 of 1956.

- For the collection and recovery of the amount of surcharge payable under this Act, the provisions of Chapter X of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 (Rajasthan Act 15 of 1956) and the rules made thereunder shall apply.
