109. Allowances whilst absent on leave.
- The allowance to be paid to the Commissioner or to a [Special Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Zonal Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner] [Substituted by Act No.25 of 2007.] for absence on leave shall be of such amount not exceeding respectively the amount of the salary of the Commissioner or a [Special Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Zonal Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner] [Substituted by Act No.25 of 2007.] as shall be determined by the Government:Provided that if the Commissioner or a [Special Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Zonal Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Commissioner] [Substituted by Act No.25 of 2007.] is a salaried servant of the Government, the amount of such allowance shall be regulated by the rules in force, relating to the leave allowance of the officers of his class.
