Section 32(g) in The Building Regulation in Respect of Lands Covered by the Calcutta Thika Tenancy (Acquisition and Regulation) Act, 1981
(g)carrying out such other work as is necessary in the opinion of the Municipal Commissioner, for reasons to be recorded in writing to maintain the building in a condition of good repair or to secure or to prevent danger to human life :
