16. Issue of revised notice for recovery of cost of construction of water-courses.
- [Section 18] - After disposal of objection, if any, the manner provided in the preceding rule the Irrigation Officer shall issue revised notices, if necessary, to the persons liable for the acreage rate as decided by him and proceed to recover the same which shall not be questioned unless modified in appeal.
