(1)The State Sentence Review Board shall meet at least once in six months at the respective prisons on a date to be notified to its members, at least 10 days in advance by its Member Secretary, who shall fix the date in consultation with the Chairman. Complete agenda papers shall accompany the notice of such a meeting.
