Section 10(1) in Bihar State School Teachers and Employees Disputes Redressal Rules, 2013
(1)The State Government shall determine the nature and categories of officers and other employees required to assist the Appellate Authorities in the discharge of its function and provide the Appellate Authorities with such officers and other employees as it may think fit.
