Counsel representing the State submits that the impugned order dated 04.12.2018 (Annexure P-28) which is sought to be quashed by issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari by way of present writ petition already stands withdrawn in terms of Annexure R-1/T dated 21.12.2018 appended to the written statement.
2. In view of the aforesaid fact, nothing survives in the present writ petition to be adjudicated at the hands of this Court. Consequently, the same is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
3. Since the main case has been decided, pending miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed off.
