Section 6(b) in Telangana Absorbed Enclaves Act, 1951
(b)that all rights, liabilities and obligations, whether arising out of a contract or otherwise, of the Government of Bombay or the Government of Madras in relation to any of the enclaves became on that date the rights liabilities and obligations of the Government of Hyderabad.
