Section 97(2) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(2)Nothing in this rule shall apply to a motor vehicle which has been damaged in an accident while at the place of the accident or to a vehicle so damaged or otherwise defective while being removed to the nearest place of repair or disposal.
