1. Reply stated to have been filed by the respondent is not on record. Let the counsel check up with the Registry and have the same placed on record.

2. Digital copy of the Family Court record be requisitioned.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the maintenance amount as directed by the Family Court has not been paid since October, 2022. This is disputed by the learned counsel for the respondent who submits that payments up to January, 2023 have already been cleared.

4. Respondent shall furnish the details of payments made to the appellant. In case, there are any arrears, the same be cleared within one week.

5. Parties shall also file their respective income affidavits in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Rajnesh V. Neha (2021) 2 SCC 324 within four weeks.

6. Learned counsel for the respondent further submits that appellant is failing to appear in the other proceedings initiated by the appellant as well as by the respondent.

7. Mr. Rathi, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is not representing the appellant in other proceedings, however, in case information is provided of those cases, he shall communicate to the appellant to properly prosecute/defend those proceedings.

8. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the details shall be forwarded to Mr. Rathi within two days.

9. List for consideration on 17.04.2023.
