Section 40(1) in Veer Narmad South Gujarat University Act, 1965
(1)The right conferred on an institution by recognition may be withdrawn or suspended for any period if the institution has failed to observe any of the conditions of its recognition or the institution is conducted in a manner which is prejudicial to the interest of the education.
