Section 1 in The Orissa Local Fund Audit Act, 1948
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Orissa Local Fund Audit Act, 1948.(2)It extends to the whole of the Province of Orissa.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Provincial Government may, by notification, appoint.
