Section 30(2) in The Petroleum And Natural Gas (Safety In Offshore Operations) Rules, 2008
(2)The measures referred to in sub-rule (1) shall include-(a)an assessment of the design and construction of the installation in relation to the conditions under which it is to be installed and used;(b)designing, constructing, installing and maintaining the installation in accordance with recognised standards; and(c)maintaining a valid certificate of fitness for the installation.
