Section 39(4) in Rules for the Administration of Justice and Police in Nagaland
(4)Licences shall be granted in Form XVI or XVI-A or Form XIX of the Indian Arms Rules, 1951, subject to such alterations and modifications as the Deputy Commissioner may decide.
