Mr. Rishikesh Kumar, Additional Standing Counsel, GNCTD submits that it has inadvertently been recorded in the order dated 22.07.2022 that the appeal filed by the Forest Department against the order of the Forest Settlement Officer, Revenue Department is pending before the National Green Tribunal. He submits that the said appeal has been filed on behalf of the Forest Department, which is pending before the Divisional Commissioner.
2. There is nothing on record with respect to the proceedings in the appeal filed on behalf of the Forest Department.
