Section 24(2) in Andhra Pradesh Pawn Brokers Act, 2002
(2)If a Pawn Broker is convicted of offence under sub-section (1) after haring been previously convicted of such offence, the court convicting him may order his licence as a Pawn Broker to be cancelled.
