Section 78 in The Jammu and Kashmir Electricity Act, 2010
78. Delegation.
- The Commission may, by general or special order in writing, delegate to any Member, Secretary, officer of the Commission or any other person subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the order, such of its powers and functions under the Act, (except the powers to adjudicate disputes under section 71 and the powers to make regulations under section 137) as it may deem necessary.
