Section 33E(2) in Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Act, 2000
(2)The Board may, with previous approval of the Jharkhand Government or the Central Government as the case may be, appoint a servant of the Central or the Jharkhand Government as an officer or servant of the Board or of a market committee on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit.
