51. Penalty for contravention of section 42.
Whoever in contravention of the provisions of section 42 obstructs any person in seizing or taking possession of any books, records, funds and property of the Market Committee or fails to give delivery thereof to such person shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to two hundred rupees.
