Section 63 in The Rajasthan Housing Board Act, 1970

63. Repeal and Savings.

(1)The Rajasthan Housing Board Ordinance, 1970 (Rajasthan Ordinance 3 of 1970) is hereby repealed.

(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or deemed to have been done or any action taken or deemed to have been taken in the exercise of any power conferred by or under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken in the exercise of the powers conferred by or under this Act.NotificationsSection 2(f)[Notification No. F. 2(22)FD/Gr.
