(a)Clerks shall attend office for the despatch of business from 11 hours to 17 hours (local time) or for such longer period as may be necessary to dispose of their business.(b)The hours of attendance in the offices situated in Calcutta will be those of the Bengal Secretariat.(c)Muslim employees shall be permitted to leave office at 16 hours during the month of Ramzan and, if they so desire, should be permitted to absent themselves on Friday throughout the year between 12-30 hours and 14-00 hours for the purpose of attending Jumma prayers. Work in the office will not, on this account, be suspended.
