Section 382(1) in The Naval Ceremonial, Conditions Of Service And Miscellaneous Regulations, 1964
(1)When called up for training of service, officers shall receive pay and allowances at the rates admissible at the time to regular officers of the Indian Navy of equivalent rank and seniority :Provided that no Kit Maintenance Allowance or Special Disturbance Allowance will be admissible in peace time.
