28. Fees under Section 42.
- The fees mentioned in Schedule V to these rules [plus a surcharge of 25%] [ Added by Notification No. 1222/VII-2-38-19, dated April 1, 1949] shall be the fees prescribed under Section 42 of the Act, provided that they may be reduced, compounded for, or remitted as proved in these rules.
