Section 30(1) in The West Bengal University of Technology Act, 2000
(1)If, by reason of any provision of this Act, any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of section 25, the first Vice-Chancellor shall refer such difficulty to the State Government which may make such order or do such thing, not inconsistent with the provisions of that section, as appears to it to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty.
