Section 25(4) in Punjab Self-Supporting Co-operative Societies Act, 2006
(4)The Board shall admit a person for membership, if he is found eligible or it may refuse his admission, if he is not found eligible :Provided that before refusing admission of a person, he shall be given an opportunity of being heard.
