Section 16(16)(b) in Haryana Distribution and Retail Supply Licence

(b)a Distribution operating code specifying the conditions under which the Licensee shall operate the Licensee's Distribution System and under which persons shall operate their plant and/or Distribution System in relation to the Licensee's Distribution System, in so far as necessary to protect the security and quality of supply and safe operation of the Licensee's Distribution System under both normal and abnormal operating conditions.
