Section 37 in Gujarat University of Transplantation Sciences Act, 2015
37. Power of State Government to give directions.
- The State Government shall have power to issue directions from time to time as may be required for compliance of the provisions of this Act, the regulations and under any other law for the time being in force and the University shall be bound to comply with such directions.
